I'm a member of the Bay Roberts Lions Club where I am 1st vice president. I was president of the Clarkes Beach/South River Lions Club which has since folded. I am now Zone Chairman for the lions clubs from Bay Roberts to Old Perlican and Hants Harbour, six clubs in total.

In one of the winter carnivals me and Terry Wareham beat the teachers in the log sawing contest
